Monday Reflections

Reflections for today will probably be short and sweet. I'm truly in awe of God this morning and what He's doing within The Overflow, but at the same time, I'm exhausted. Mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, church planting is unlike anything I've ever done in my life, but God continues to amaze me, and it's worth everything to be able to share Jesus with people who are looking for answers!

Last night...44 people at our launch team gathering. I truly believe once the UT students are back on campus we may hit 75 before we transition to South-Doyle Middle. However many people God sends to us between now and our launch is ultimately up to Him, but He's doing some amazing things, and I know He has great, GREAT things in store.

Kyle Wigington led our worship last night and did an outstanding job. Not only is he extremely talented from a musical perspective, but he understands what worship is all about. Please keep us and Kyle in your prayers as we consider him along with some others for our Worship Pastor position.

Believe that God can do what no one else can even imagine. Then, try to imagine the greatness of God as you brace yourself for Him to actually do the unimaginable!
