- Jesus Christ who has saved me even though I didn't deserve it, chosen me despite the fact I'm unworthy, forgiven me for what often feels unforgivable, and shown me how to be a man who unconditionally love the people around me.
- Jennifer who stands beside me, loves me, cares for me, and makes me the happiest man in the world!
- Kaden who teaches me a new life lesson everyday, makes everyday worth living, and keeps me on my toes.
- My family who loves me, supports me, means everything to me, and puts up with me :)
- An opportunity to live in a nation where I can freely worship the Creator of Universe.
- A roof over my head, food in the frig and pantry, and some money in the bank.
- The ability to walk, talk, see, and breathe without complications.
- Future opportunities to make an impact on this earth.
- Present situations that are stretching my faith in God and His abilities.
- Past struggles that have shaped me into the person I am today.
- A childhood that was bathed with love, God, and expectations that helped me mature.
- All the people who have played a part in my life no matter how great or small.
- The daily provisions that I often take for granted.
- The calling to join God in what He wants to do in Knoxville through The Overflow Church.
- Sports teams who raise my blood pressure and make me scream at the TV as if they can hear me through the screen.
- The days when the rain makes me relax and gives me a reason to be lazy and do nothing.
- People who do things that annoy me because they are helping me to learn patience.
- My imperfections; they keep me dependent on the One who is full of perfection
- All the things that go wrong during the week; these are reminders that I'm not in control
- The Word of God that shapes my life and challenges me trust God in such a way that seems radical to the world and even most Christians.
Josh is the Lead Pastor for The Overflow Church that will be launching in Knoxville on January 16, 2011.
