Tuesday Transformation

I'm jumping right to the main point this morning. God laid it on me a couple hours ago, so I'm about to give you the OVERFLOW of what he said to me. Prepare for transformation...

Psalm 101:2-3 says,
I will walk with integrity of heart
within my house;
I will not set before my eyes
anything that is worthless.

The Message paraphrases it like this...
"I'm doing the very best I can,
and I'm doing it at home, where it counts.
I refuse to take a second look
at corrupting people and degrading things"

Any attempt I make to further discuss this passage may just water-down the power and seriousness behind it, so I'll just ask a few application questions and be done...

-Do you treat the people at your work better than you treat your spouse or kids?

-Do you show more patience with the people in your "church" than you do with your own family?

-Are there things you are doing at home when no one else is around that would completely embarrass your family if you were caught?

-What things are you allowing to invade your life that are causing you to not view your family, friends, and life with the same perspective of Jesus Christ?

-Guys: Are you taking second glances at that co-worker or that woman on the TV?
